Everything in the Base Camp Package PLUS Ceremony:

  • Wireless Microphones: Lapel, over-the-ear, or handheld microphones for any moment!

  • Unplugged Ceremony Option: Seamlessly manage any ceremony needs, including in remote or outdoor locations.

VISTA Package

Everything in the Ridgeline Package PLUS:

  • Duration: Up to 16 hrs over two days

  • Rehearsal Coverage: Our DJ will be present at your rehearsal dinner to coordinate and provide entertainment.

  • Full-Day Event Support: From morning preparations to the last dance, enjoy comprehensive entertainment throughout your special day.

Add-Ons Available 

  • Karaoke: Add some extra fun to your event for $500. Includes a TV and wireless microphones.

  • Extra Hours: Extend the party by adding extra hours for $150 per hour at the event.

  • Uplighting: $320 - Spread out the fun through uplighting tailored to your event colors.

  • What if my guests have special song requests during the event?
    We love taking requests! While we prioritize your must-play and do-not-play lists from the couple or those hosting, we’re happy to accommodate guest requests that fit the vibe you’ve envisioned for your event. If you prefer for us not to take requests, feel free to let us know on the pre-call and we will stick to your list!
  • How far in advance should I book your services?
    To secure your date, we recommend booking 9-12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding seasons. However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings if availability allows.
  • Do you offer a pre-event consultation?
    Yes! About a month before your event, we schedule a detailed pre-event consultation to go over your vision, timeline, and preferences. During this call, we finalize your music selections, key announcements, and any special moments you’d like to include. This ensures everything is perfectly tailored to your day.
  • What happens if something unexpected arises during the event?
    We’re experts at adapting on the fly. Whether it’s a schedule adjustment, technical hiccup, or a last-minute request, we’re there to handle it with professionalism and a smile. Our goal is to keep the vibe upbeat and stress-free, no matter what.
  • How do you create the perfect atmosphere on the dance floor?
    We pride ourselves on reading the crowd and playing the right songs to match the energy in the room. Whether it’s keeping the dance floor packed or dialing it back for a more intimate vibe, we adjust in real-time to ensure everyone has an amazing time.
  • What if I need to cancel my booking?
    If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation. If canceled within the agreed timeframe outlined in your contract, a portion of your deposit may be refundable. Cancellations close to the event date may forfeit the deposit.
  • What if I need to change my event date?
    We do our best to accommodate date changes, but availability may vary. If your new date aligns with our availability, we’ll transfer your booking at no additional cost. If not, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
  • Can I customize a package to suit my needs?
    Absolutely! We understand that every event is unique. You can mix and match add-ons or extend your package to create the perfect experience for your wedding or event. Feel free to reach out below and we can send you a customizable quote!
  • What is the difference between your DJ and MC services?
    DJ services focus on music selection, mixing, and entertainment, while MC services include guiding the flow of the event, making announcements, and keeping everything on schedule. Our packages combine both for a seamless experience.
  • How do we coordinate with other vendors like photographers or coordinators?
    We pride ourselves on working closely with your other vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly. Before the event, we're happy to connect with your coordinator and key vendors to align timelines and expectations. Day-of, we communicate in real time to keep everything on track.
  • What is the setup and teardown process like?
    We arrive early to set up all necessary equipment, including sound systems and lighting, and ensure everything is tested and ready before guests arrive. After the event, we’ll break down the equipment quickly and discreetly. It usually takes about an hour before the event to set everything up and we will be out in under a half hour, if necessary.
